Entries details for competitors

All Athletes and horses participating in any international competition must be registered with the FEI.

All e ntries must be submitted by the NFs through the FEI's Online Entry System only !

Athletes and/or Horses present at the event without having been entered through the FEI’s Online Entry System will automatically be disqualified

“NB : Withdrawals after the date of definite entries or no-shows will be held liable to reimburse the OC for the actual financial loss incurred by the OC (i.e. stabling and hotel expenses) as a result of the late withdrawal or noshow.”
Amount will be 200 € corresponding to OC compensation for withdrawals after the date of definite entries (Tuesday 29th September 2015) or no-shows.

Deadlines for entries :

• Entries in principle: Monday 7th September 2015
• Nominated entries: Monday 21st September 2015
• Definite Entries: Tuesday 29th September 2015
• Last date for substitutions: Wednesday 7th October 2015

Entry fee per horse

• 380€ : Ponies, Juniors
• 400€ : Young Horses
• 430€ : Medium Tour, Young Riders, Amateur Medium Tour
• 450€ : U25, Small Tour, Amateur Small Tour
• 490€ : Big Tour
   
• Stabling fee : included in entry fee (from Wednesday 07/10/2015 at 11:00am to Monday 12/10/2015 at 7:00am)
        Out of these dates, stabling at competitor expenses for 26,50€ per day per horse
• No starting fee per horse
  
• MCP Fee included in entry fee
• Health Certificate : 50€ per horse
• Custom document : 40€ per truck
• Withdrawal after September 29th 2015: 200€ per horse

Additional fees

• tack box : 200€ (duration of the show)
• non competing horse : 300€ (duration of the show)
• electricity (upon request) : 60€ (duration of the show)
• Shavings 15€ (1st bedding included in entry fee)
• Hay : 12€
• No straw on site
  The organisation will not accept the delivery of hay, shavings and straw by other suppliers on the show ground.

All riders have to pay, at the latest (definite entries date) September 29th 2015, entries deposits by bank transfert to : (remember to specify the name/level/horse of the rider in reason for payment of the bank transfert)

IMPORTANT : Entry forms must include the following information on horses/ponies and athletes :
Horses:
• name of horse • date of birth • breed • country of birth • stud-book initials • passport number/FEI horse registration number • colour • sex • name(s) of owner(s)
Athletes:
• name of athlete • nationality of athlete • FEI rider registration number

Visitors & Spectators

Admission is free is free to the public for the duration of the competition. Pets are welcome provided they are leashed and does not interfere (barking) competition (For everyone's comfort, it will be also asked owners to pick up any dog excrement).

According to the french law, we recall that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the premises of the Equestrian Club of Biarritz and inside the restaurant.

Thank you kindly respect the signs in place and the regulated dedicated parking areas.

The Horse Riding Club of Biarritz

Near to the beach, a stone’s throw from Ilbarritz golf course and Mouriscot lake, in the middle of a peaceful forest, the Horse Riding Club of Biarritz is open all year round and located less than 5 minutes away from Biarritz town centre.

With outstanding quality facilities, two big arenas including an equestrian stadium with terraced seats, one indoor arena and a brand new covered arena, and fully functional stables, the Horse Riding Club of Biarritz has become one of the most well known places for equestrian events. With more than 20 Dressage and Jumping competitions each year, including the famous “Jumping of Biarritz” in June and forthcoming October 16th “the 3 star level International Dressage Championship.

Located inside the Horse Riding Club, the Club-House/Bar/Restaurant “LE TOURNEBRIDE” will be opened for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

En plein coeur du Club Hippique de Biarritz, face au stade équestre, "LE TOURNEBRIDE" est l'endroit idéal pour tous vos repas et rafraichissements "sans perdre une miette" du concours. Disposant d'une salle couverte de 60 couverts et d'une grande terrasse ensoleillée, vous serez conquis par la carte variée de plats tous budgets et la gentillesse de son personnel.
